Builder Gel Basic is a collection of 10 trendy shades of gels designed for nail sculpting and strengthening. Soft beige, brown and pink tones with a creamy self-leveling consistency make the product comfortable to work with for technicians of any skill level.
The gel has medium viscosity, 60–90% pigmentation depending on the application layer, and provides excellent adhesion, making it suitable for strengthening, leveling and sculpting. The material remains strong, versatile in work and is ideal for French designs or as a standalone nude coating.
To apply Builder Gel Basic, follow the standard sequence of steps.
Perform mechanical preparation of the nail plate: shape the nail, treat the cuticle and gently buff the surface.
Clean the nail with DNKa’ 3 in 1 Nail Prep & Cleanser.
Apply a thin layer of DNKa’ Dehydrator and let it air-dry for 30–60 seconds.
Apply a thin layer of DNKa’ Ultrabond, avoiding the skin and sidewalls, and let it air-dry for 30–60 seconds.
Apply a thin layer of the chosen DNKa’ base (Multi Base or Fiber Base) and cure in a 48/36W LED/UV lamp for 30–60 seconds.
Apply a leveling layer of Builder Gel Basic, distribute the material, form the nail architecture and cure for 120–240 seconds.
If necessary, file the shape, then cover with the chosen DNKa’ top coat, cure for 120 seconds and allow the coating to cool for about 2 minutes.
Apply care products according to the client’s preference.
If the material is used for sculpting, an additional sequence is performed after applying the base.
Select lower or upper forms of the appropriate size.
Create the extension using the chosen shade of Builder Gel Basic, distributing the material along the form.
Cure in a 48/36W LED/UV lamp for 2–4 minutes.
Remove the form and sculpt the nail architecture, reinforcing the apex and leveling if necessary.
Cure again in the lamp for 2–4 minutes.
Remove the sticky layer with DNKa’ Nail Prep & Cleanser, perform filing if needed and finish with the chosen DNKa’ top coat.
