    Yes, returns are possible within 14 days if the product hasn’t been used.
  • Which products cannot be returned?
    According to our return policy, we do not accept returns for: • Opened gel polishes and other liquid materials • Electrical equipment after the packaging has been opened • Custom-ordered items

    Email or WhatsApp us, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and are completed within 5-7 business days.

    • Mini-courses – unlimited access. • Full courses – 60 days.
  • Can I ask questions to the instructor?
    Yes, if you selected a course with feedback. You will gain access to a private Telegram/Whatsapp chat.
  • If I purchase a mini-course, can I upgrade to a full course?
    We can offer you an upgrade by paying the difference in cost.
  • Can I download lessons to my phone?
    Video lessons are available only online, but PDF materials can be downloaded.
  • How do I enroll in a course?
    Submit an application on the website, and we will contact you.
  • Do I need to bring my own tools?
    No, all materials and equipment are provided during the training.
  • Is a certificate awarded?
    Yes, upon course completion, you will receive a certificate.
  • Can I enroll if I’m a complete beginner?
    Yes, we offer courses for both beginners and experienced professionals.
  • Can I pay for the course in installments?
    Yes, you can pay in parts through Klarna or by individual arrangement.
  • If I can’t attend the course, can I reschedule?
    Yes, but you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start.

    Through the website, Instagram, or by phone.
  • Can I come without an appointment?
    Walk-in services are available in the salon, but only if there are open slots.

    Only trusted professional brands that are also sold in our store.
  • Can I bring my own materials?
    We work exclusively with certified salon materials.
  • How do I cancel an appointment?
    At least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the prepayment is non-refundable.

    Yes.
  • Can I book both removal and a new application at the same time?
    Yes, when booking, select the service “Manicure + removal of old coating”.
