By accessing our website and purchasing our services or products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

This website www.safebservice.fi is operated by Safe B Service Oy (Y-tunnus: 3299768-5), located in Helsinki, Finland.

We provide both online and in-person training services, and sell professional nail products via this online store.

2. Products, Services and Prices

All products and services are described as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and vary depending on the delivery method and location.

We reserve the right to change product details, pricing, and training schedules without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order & Payment

Orders are placed by adding items to the shopping cart and proceeding through checkout. Orders are confirmed after full payment is received.

We accept secure payments through Maksekeskus AS using the following methods:

Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
Card payments: Visa / MasterCard
Buy now, pay later: (e.g. Indivy, Indivy 3, Liisi ID, BigBank, Moki3, Mokilizingas — if applicable)

If you pay via bank link, please return to the merchant site after payment to confirm your order.

The necessary personal data for processing payments is handled securely via Maksekeskus AS.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship products within Finland (and other countries if applicable).

Available shipping options include:

Parcel lockers (e.g., Posti, Matkahuolto)
Courier delivery
Local pickup (if offered)

Delivery time within Finland is typically 2–5 business days. Orders outside Finland may take longer depending on the destination. We reserve the right to ship orders within up to 45 calendar days in exceptional circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Courses

Online courses: No refunds once course materials have been accessed.
In-person trainings: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.

Product purchases
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at safebservice@gmail.com within 14 days. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

6. Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 months of noticing the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the situation.

We will respond to complaints within 15 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (courses, images, videos, materials) is the intellectual property of Safe B Service Oy and may not be copied, shared, or used without permission.

8. Personal Data & Marketing

We only collect and use your personal data for order processing and delivery. Your information may be shared with delivery partners for shipping purposes.

Newsletter subscription is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or the unsubscribe link in our emails.

9. Governing Law

These terms and all disputes related to this website or services are governed by Finnish law.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first to resolve the issue.

If unresolved, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
